Adding a Guest to a BounceBack reservation and ticket questions

My adult nephew would like to join us on our August Bounceback free dining trip. We have two rooms booked, one in my name and one in my mom’s name. I’ll be calling Disney but am hoping to obtain some info here so I’ll be better prepared when talking to the CM. My questions are:

1. Can nephew be added to the the reservation? We would add him to my mom’s room because right now it is only her in the room.

2. Will nephew get the free dining that we have?

3. We know nephew will have to get the same tickets my mom purchases. But nephew has some questions about the ticket.

4. will the ticket be good for a future visit if he never uses the ticket? Nephew is also going to Disney in May and may buy an AP.

5. If nephew goes to Disney in May, before our August trip, is there any way for nephew to access the August package ticket to use once and then apply to the purchase of an AP?
