Need help quick! We are booked in a Studio at Kidani Village. It is three of us - me, DH and DD17. Now our 19 year old son is able to join us! Is it "legal" to be four in a studio? My question is more because of his age - can there be three adults and one child in a studio? We rented points from a friend, we are not DVC members, so we don't know how this works. Are there additional points or charges to have him come with us. Can we just call with our friend and add him to the reservation? Thanks for your help... we don't want to get the kids too excited before we find out if we can even do this! Thanks again, Jane:goodvibes

It's legal to have 4 but bedding may be an issue. You'll have a queen bed and pull out full with one bath. It sounds like your son will be sleeping on the floor where there isn't a lot of extra space. If you had the dining plan, it'd be more of an issue but still potentially workable. You can have them added or you can add them at check in.

I thought my DD and I could sleep on the pull out and DH and DS would take the bed. We have slept together in the past on fulls at moderates, and for a week its not too bad. I just want to be sure that my friend won't need to use any more points for this addition - he has been very generous to us already!

You're too generous. Enjoy your trip.

Thanks Dean! We were pretty bummed that our son wasn't going to be able to join us. So many family memories are with Disney. As for sleeping with DD - the joke is always that she "climbs me like a tree" in her sleep! Ugh:lmao: thanks again for your help, I am super excited now! Jane

If you have a twin sized Aerobed or can buy one, it should fit at the foot of the sleeper sofa when that is pulled out. And daughter can sleep on that and "climb" as much as possible. Then son can have the double sized sleeper sofa and you and husband can share the queen. You'll need to bring your own sheets, but you will still only be four and be legal.
