Adding a DDP to a 2018 trip?

I'm seriously considering the regular DDP for our Jan 2018 trip. If I add it now will I pay the 2017 or 2018 price? The addition of alcoholic beverages is really appealing to DH.

The 2018 rates can be found under the “Plan Vacations” menu “Dining & Reservations” tab.
