We are going to Universal for the first time President's Day weekend. Dh surprised DS(9) and I for Christmas not realizing it was a holiday weekend. We are wanting to make it as less stressful and as fun as possible. We are staying for 4 nights coming in on Thursday afternoon. Right now we have the Buy 2 days get the 3rd day free. He bought the base tickets and I called and upgraded them to the park to park tickets.
My question is can we add a fourth day without paying for the single day price? Would you suggest we get the fourth day if possible without breaking the bank to go to one of the parks the day of our arrival? That way when the parks get busier during the weekend we can explore the the resorts and Citywalk? We should be at the Resort at about 1:30pm on Thursday.
The other thing I have considered it keeping just the 3 days. Going to one on Thursday. Then on Saturday or Sunday going to either Legoland or Seaworld if we have seen all we want to see. We have never been to see them either. I am just worried with it being a holiday weekend that may not be the best plan.
