Adding a day to existing package reservation??

My dh told me he can't pick my dd and myself up at the airport on our present return date. So...he says 'why don't you just stay another day?' I give that about 1/2 second of thought !!!! I've booked my package thru DU. I do have an email in to them but haven't heard back yet. How hard is it going to be to add maybe just room only on for the extra day? Or should I just extend the package? Thanks.

Depending on what you want to do depends on if you should extend the package or just add a day on the room. There are plenty of things to do for an extra day without going into the parks. Why not take the time to visit and eat at another resort you haven't been to, do your shopping, sit back and enjoy the pool (if it's warm enough), DTD, go to the petting zoo (free) at Wildreness, oh............lots of things.

Regardless, LUCKY.....you shouldn't have an issue with getting another day. Just one more day for you DD to be a princess.

We have booked the silver plan from Dec 1 thru the 7th but my daughter and I are driving down and will actually be arriving the day before my mom and dad fly in so I called the Polynesian and asked if I could add a night to our stay without the package and they did. Our silver plan will start on the 1st but we will actually check in on the 30th. Since we are driving in, we plan on just relaxing at the resort or maybe going to Downtown disney for dinner and some shopping!

Yep, it all has worked out perfectly....added an extra room only, Disney Club rate. And changed my flight home. All for $125. We actually have an extra day left on a hopper pass, so maybe we'll use that. Guess I was just getting worried for no reason...so like me!!!!
