Question....
If you have a FD package and AFTER the FD period has ended and you want to add a day to this package, can YOU? Or, are you beat?
Would you get the FD on that added day?

You can call to add a day to your reservation even if the booking time for free dining has ended. When you call Disney travel you will probably need to talk with guest services. We changed our itinerary three times after the booking time for the promotion had ended and had no problems. However it would still depend if the resort had rooms available that could be booked for free dining. (only a certain number of rooms are available for the promotion). You would get free dining for the additional day, unless they were out of rooms and you had to book a separate reservation for the additional day. Good luck.

Would this also apply to adding park admissions? For instance, if they offered the free dining and you just added 1 days admission, could you go back and day extra days to the admission? Don't know if I should opt to get all the days admissions through Disney , or just one day and purchase the rest through undercover tourist?
Right now I am just waiting to see if I will get lucky ,and they will offer free dining in August. Until then I'll keep watching and waiting.:surfweb:

You can add days to your park admissions when you arrive we did it last year and the concierge desk.

I can see where you might save $15 a ticket with Undercover Tourist but thats not worth wasting a 1 day ticket on just 1 day and not upgrading it. Say you are going for 6 days that would mean you are spending $316 whereas a 6 day ticket from Disney is about $245. There is no saving there. Unless you held onto your 1 day ticket for another trip, or tried to get the 1 day ticket refunded on your checkout day.
