Adding a day ticket question

Hi. Apologies if this information can be found elsewhere. However:

If I get, say, four days worth of tickets to Disney. But then on the final day, I decide I want to add a day but haven't left the park yet. Can I still upgrade to a five-day ticket at that point at a reduced cost?

I believe at Universal you can upgrade from 1 to 2 days if you haven't left the park yet.

Yes.

But, you can STILL do so even after you have left the park that day.

The cut-off for upgrading a stand-alone Magic Your Way ticket (not part of a WDW Resort Pkg.)
is no later than ON THE SAME DAY that you use that ticket's last asset.

(Also, over-all, the last day to be able to upgrade a non-Florida resident Magic Your Way ticket is 14 days from first use.)

Yes.
Despite the alarmist rumors…

In actual practice, coming from reports from many guests who have just successfully upgraded tickets
(and according to a current WDW Guest Relations CM,) nothing has changed in the price-bridging arena.
