Adding a couple bonus days - would love feedback

We are going with friends 7/29-8/3; they are not 'planners' in that they don't go to rope drop, follow plans, no ADRs, etc. But since we are their guests (staying in their condo), I plan to "go with the flow" and take their lead.

So DD5 and I are planning on staying a few extra days afterwards to do anything we didn't get done and I made a few ADRs for things I've been wanting to try. Also DD is a character lover and we will most likely not be meeting characters when we are with our friends, so the last three days I want DD to be able to do some meet and greets. We will have had two full days at MK, Full day at Epcot and half days at AK and HS before the bonus days. Here is my plan (I've made more detailed touring plans, but this is the gist)... would love your thoughts:

Saturday:
RD at AK
Safari
Everest
late 10:10am Tusker House Breakfast
FOTLK, general touring/ meet and greets
Leave after parade
Check into Pop
DTD or Pool
early to bed

Sunday:
7:30 ressies at O'hana
RD (or soon after) MK
Character touring
lunch at BOG
Stay until about 2pm
Back to the room for a nap and resort QS dinner
Pirates and Pals Cruise
Head to MK for EMH for a couple rides (skip this if DD is too tired)

Monday:
RD at HS
TSMM 2x
Head to Epcot around 10:30am
Grab Soarin FP (hopefully feasible with our schedule)
Chefs de France Lunch 1:30 (see Remy)
Ride Soarin
Head back to HS for Characterpalooza
Stay for first round of Disney Jr. Dance party (late bedtime)

Tuesday:
Sleep in
DtD for lunch
Head home (8 hour drive)

We have annual passes, so we just have to pay the $350 for the three resort nights and food of course. Any adjustments I should make? Is this realistic in terms of timing the ADRs, etc?

Soarin FPs being available for early- to mid-afternoon at 10:30 seems doubtful.

Plan looks good, though.

That's what I'm worried about... I did check todays FP return time at 11am and it was 2:50PM, so I'll cross my fingers, but if not we'll play it by ear

All I can say is we loved the DJ Dance Party DH said it was my best idea all trip (for the kids of course).
The character lines are the longest waits we came across since most of them cannot be fastpassed (we waited over 45 minutes for Merida).
Try to get to Tiana right after the parade if you can.

Thanks mummabear! Yes, we will be doing Merida at rope drop. I'm a little worried about keeping DD5 out late enough for the dance party, but since it's our last day - maybe it will help her sleep on the way home in the car
