Adding a child to package at check in??

We have a package booked. It does not include anything but room and tickets. We are past the 45 day mark. We have two rooms booked so I know there would be room but here is my question...

My sons friend wants to go along but will not know until last minute if it is going to happen. Can this child be added at check in to the package or can the child be added at check in to the room and use a ticket they already have?

I am really sorry for the question. I not trying to be a bother. I have been searching but my computer keeps timing out on me.

I doubt that the friend will be able to go but I would like to know how it is all supposed to work just in case.

If you don't have a package, just room only, it shouldn't be any problem to add someone when you arrive. But if you are using Magical Express and he would need to use it, too, then you need to add him ahead of time.

Also, are you doing a dining package? From what I understand it can be more annoying to add folks to a dining package.

Thanks for the fast replies. We are driving so no ME. We have two rooms that are a package deal but no dining plan. I don't want to do any thing wrong. Our package had to be paid at the 45 day mark and we are 34 days out now. I don't want to add if the friend isn't sure he can go. I am wondering if we can add the child at check in to the room and if they can use a ticket they already have or if we need to buy another ticket at check like we would if we added him to the package now. I am probably confusing everyone. . I'm not trying to. sorry! I just want to know the right way and wrong way to deal with the situation.

I don't think you'll have a problem adding him when you check in.

dont think you have an issue at checkin......id wait. make sure you have some sort of ID if hes underage and not with parents...
