I'm trying add a celebration to my existing ADRs, but can not figure out how to add it on the new My Disney Reservations site. If anyone has figured this out let me know! I've looked everywhere on the site.

You have to call them :) For the time being, it's not available online

Thanks for the replies. I was hoping I didn't have to waste time on the phone. Oh well!

Do you add the celebration to all your reservations? I'd like to, but with 6 ADRs it seems like it may be an annoyance to the CM on the phone.

Thoughts? :confused3

When I made my hotel reservations, the CM asked if we were celebrating anything. I did all my ADRs online... I just assumed they would be connected. Is this not the case? Should I call to confirm the celebrations are noted in the ADRs?

I am pretty sure you have to let them know each dining reservation so they can add it. I also made it known that I was there for my anniversary for my resort/package reservation. But I believe it is not connecting that to the ADrs.

You'll need to put the celebration on each of your reservations. They don't automatically show up on your reservations. Call them and you can get the CM to add them :)

Just called and the CM added the celebration to 1 of my ADRs. He kept emphasizing that it was on my reservation. It took so long for him to do the 1, that I just didn't even ask him to do the others. Maybe I'll call back and see if I can get someone else to add them. I don't think I want it linked to all my ADRs... I'm thinking the character meals would be really fun.

Anyone have any really great experiences that were enhanced with adding the celebration to the ADR?

Your room reservation and your ADRs are NOT connected. They might show up on the app but they are not on the same system. If you cancel the room reservation it does nothing at all to your ADRs and those must be cancelled separately. If you want a celebration on your ADRs you can call 407-WDW-DINE and put it on the ADRs. If you want the celebration on all your ADRs you do need to ask the agent to put it on each ADR. As for annoying the CM, that is supposed to be their job, and they are supposed to do it without giving you a hard time. If anything they should probably be annoyed at their employer, for encouraging guests to add celebrations and then making it so difficult to do.

At this point you have to call, as adding a celebration is not available online.

I called to add our honeymoon to each ADR the CM didn't seem to mind at all. But you do have to add it to each ressie.

It's all at the complete discretion of the CM. You may get lots, or you may get nothing. We've had mickey confetti on the table, we've had cupcakes, birthday cards, a simple acknowledgement, place mats. It really depends on your server.
