Adding a celebration to a room reservation?

Tell staff at restaurant once you get there. There are mini cakes at most restaurant you can purchase.
. They real don't do anything special anymore donto $ and lack of staffing.

i am ordering themed cupcakes for my husband for his birthday that will be delivered to the resort. There is a Facebook group Ear for Each Other that is furloughed cast members that have crafts, services, baked goods etc.

How long before your visit?

You can always call central reservations (very long wait times right now) and have it added to your Disney resort reservation.

Even if you do get a celebration added to your room reservation, that doesn't necessarily mean Disney will do anything for you to recognize the celebration when you get there.

Unfortunately if you didn't add it at the time you made the reservation, you cannot add it yourself. You will need to call.

You need to call, and I wouldn't expect much. You can ask for a button when you check in.

If you just want a button, you can get it at the front desk of your hotel at any time. You don't need the celebration listed on your reservation, just ask for a button.

When I was last there, they also had them at Guest Relations in the park. There was a long line, but a cast member went inside and came out with buttons so that if that was all we wanted, we didn't have to wait in line. I don't know if gift shops have them behind the counter.
