Adding a 4th person to package?

So my oldest DD 20, is still undecided if he’s going to join us this year. We are booked at POR, 5th sleeper, so I’m not worried about that, but how difficult is it to change everything (tickets, DDP) to 4 people? And how last minute is last minute?

I did this a little over a month before. Right before our final payment was due. Adding the person to the room and adding on the tickets was no problem at all. Trying to add fastpasses and adjust ADRs was more difficult, but ended up working out.

Make the ADRs for the extra person from the beginning (except for prepaid ones like shows and CRT). There is no penalty if you show up at the restaurant with one less
