Added on in May '08 and still no 500 DD from Chase.....

I've been dealing for months and months with both my DVC rep and Chase and still, no 500 DD. I feel like giving up but i know i'm entitled to these because Chase has told me so!!! Anyone have any special contacts or suggestions as to how to receive the promotional 500 DD i'm entitled to?

Sorry, wish I could help! I guess my suggestion would be to become a nuisance and call on a daily basis.

WOW I can't believe that. Geez that is just not right. We added on in late Sept. and got ours in Nov. before our Thanksgiving trip. Have you called your guide maybe he/she can make some calls and speed up the process??

The same thing happened to me last year. I was patient for 3 months, then I being 'not so understanding'. It took 6 months before we received our $500 card. Something wasn't put in correctly in the first place and that's what delayed everything. I think it was the visa code.
Anyway, I hope you receive yours soon.

What is the 500 DD promotion? I have a Disney Chase and just used it to add onto VGC. Am I entitled to more than the 6mo no interest and the standard DD for the amount I charged?
