How about Artist Pointe at the Wilderness Lodge? It's really nice there and can be quite romantic.

There is California Grill at the Contemporary which is very nice too.

The French restaurants (both of them) in EPCOT's WS are really nice. I like to go to the Chefs (ground floor) and order the saucisson platter, the pate, and the salade nicoise. (With friends, sharing!) A carafe of red wine rounds out a fun meal.

Hope that helps a bit!

Oh, if you care to venture off WDW property there are some really nice places in the Dr. Phillips area (not far at all from DTD).

If you're on the dining plan, Cape May Cafe is a good 1TS place that we always enjoy. They have these great drinks there called Cape May coladas - very nice :) And if you time your buffet trips right, you can get the clams when they're plump & fresh.
Cheers!

I just noticed that Cap'n Jacks at DTD is on the dining plan and has twin lobster tails! Also I would think about Raglan Road at DTD.
