Add shows, changing hours?

How far in advance does Disney change hours or add more shows or e nights? How does someone find out about these changes (at the resort desk)?

It's hard to predict...I just noticed a few days ago they added hours for the last couple of weeks of July. i keep checking the park hours every few days up until the time we leave.

Anyone know Disney's history on changing park hours/shows? We're going Aug.19-26 and there are only 3 Mk fireworks and 2 Spectros scheduled. I'm hoping some will be added.

Hey, PaulaJ. I will be down the at the same time, just at the WL. I'm having the same hopes you do. Just two runnings of Spectro is pathetic!

It is unlikely that any more fireworks or Spectromagic parades will be added. 3 fireworks and 2 parades a week seems to be about standard fare this summer. But I wouldn't go so far as to say it is impossible.

We were there from June 15 until June 29. They added lots of Spectromagics and fireworks at the MK. There were several Fantasmics (sometimes two a night, several nights). When we were planning our trip they only had three Spectromagics scheduled.
