Add on...Which UY does it belong to?

If you buy an add-on are the points automatically available for the current UY?

For example: If I have a December UY and I add on 75 pts in February of 2007 (I know Disney automatically adds them to my UY) are those points then available for my then current December 2006 UY or are they not released until my December 2007 UY? Am I making sense?

Yes, you will get current points for your Use Year when you add-on. If you have a December Use Year and buy the add-on in February, the additional points will be immediately available for use.

If you add on in February '07 direct from Disney, the December '06 points will come with your add on.

If you buy the add-on before Dec 1, 2006, you will start with Dec '05 points. Even though it's late in your UY, Disney has been letting people bank the points they get with their add-on. So if you buy sooner rather than later, you will get an extra allotment of points for the same price.
