We just bought a 50 pt SSR resale contract and ended up paying $449 in fees
I didn't know how many there would be!
1. Settlement or closing fee(Fee for closing services) 272.60
2. Abstract or title search 50.00
3. Title Insurance 60.00
4. Recording fees:Record Deed To: Orange County Comptroller 18.50
5. State tax/stamps: Deed $29.40 Mortgage $0.00 To: Orange County Comptroller 29.40
6. Record Waiver of ROFR To: Orange County Comptroller 19.50
Now we're thinking about doing a 30 pt add-on at AKL through Dsiney and want to know, how much would we have to pay in fees? I know that #6, Record Waiver of ROFR, wouldn't apply, and I think I heard that if you add on thru Disney you don't have to play a closing fee? I'm just wondering what kind of fees we're looking at with an add-on?
