Ok, this is a "newbie" question...

If we purchase add on points at a different resort, do we then have two home resorts which we can book at 11 month window?

Yes. However, the 2 cannot be combined until the 7 month window. We booked BWV at 11 months, our VB add-on at 11 months, but had extras on both. In order to combine and use the left-overs for extra nights, we must wait until August, which is 7 months from our March vacation.

Also you can only use the 11 month window for the total number of points you have for that particular resort. We have most of our points at BWV, a small add on at OKW and as long as we get past ROFR will soon have VB as well.
