Do we need to get the deed notized sp? that disney sent us in all that paperwork before we send it back? I don't particularly see anything that needs that before we send it back. I called the 800 but I missed their call back. And I called my guide too late tonight to get an answer, thanks. D

If you aren't financing through disney you don't need to get anything notarized if you are financing then you need to get some of the papers notarized.

Deeds don't have to be signed by the buyer, only the seller.

We had to have our add-ons notarized, we added on by mail, and did not finance them. I just looked on the Orange County website to be sure, and they are notarized.

I bought my BWV by phone/mail with cash and I did not have to notorize. I think DVC's person did the notary work because the final deed did have a notary stamp.

We did not have to have them notarized, disney today said I didn't need them notarized. Good- cause I already sent them in. D
