Add on direct = what use year extra points

I sold my AKV contract (in one day),,thanks Timeshare Store,,, and I am now looking to just stay at my other home resort OKW in the future. Thinking of one big trip instead of two small ones yearly.

My use year is Aug
If I add on a small 25 point contract direct this week what use year points would I get?
2018 ?
2019 25
2020 25
2021 25

I've taken the currency exchange USD to CAD into consideration--OUCH!

They are charging closing costs now, and an administrative fee, so you will have to talk to your guide about the total cost.
