Hmmm, would a BCV add on qualify for this??? Kath

Probably not. When you get the fine print it will most likely be for the resorts that they are actively selling and advertising, but - it's worth a shot to ask for it.

Please tell me this is in lieu of the "backdated" points and the cash discount. We just closed on Saturday and our guide did not mention 1 word about this new incentive.
I'm hoping it is an either/or and not both.

We are waiting to close on our direct purchase as well. I have a call in to my guide to make sure nothing has changed. I really need last years points & would hate to loose that. Also, looking into an add on in the next month or 2. Disney must not like larger families. I guess my family of 5 will be left out in the cold since they cap the # of guests to 4.

Neither of you are receiving any type of 'bonus' points. You are still IN your 2010 UY. That's why you are receiving 2010 points.

And yes, it does seem they can't accommodate larger families in these promos. We couldn't take the cruise that was offered a couple years back because it was just for 4. They did do something else for us instead. Maybe check into that?

Got an email about this offer today and then I immediately forwarded it to my DH at work :goodvibes.

just spoke with my guide...no per point discount or backdated points for this new set of incentives. PHEW...we'll just stick with what we bought. She did say if we wanted to change it even though we already closed, we could.

I know the "backdated" points aren't that great of a deal since our UY is October so we are still in the middle of UY10. But we aren't having to pay the MF on those points for 2010.
This was the time that we chose to add-on and the incentives are what they are....oh well.
