Add DDP to Expedia pkg?

If I book at pkg through Expedia is there any way to add the DDP through WDW? It is not an option on Expedia.

The only way to add the dining plan is to an existing Magic Your Way room and ticket package. If you cannot book a MYW package through expedia, then the answer is no.

Guests staying at a DVC resort villa on DVC points may add the dining plan without purchasing a package.

No, you need to book directly through Disney or through a travel agent that books directly with Disney.

I am trying to book a trip for mid December and want DDP. Travel Agent/WDW show no rooms at WL, but Expedia has some. I have never booked Disney through Expedia before, but would prefer WL over AKL which WDW shows as available.

It is my understanding that only DISNEY may book MYW packages (through their own website, phone number or through travel agents). From what I have read on expedia they offer rooms then you can add a MYW ticket to that reservation. I don't think that is the same thing as booking a MYW package.

People in the past have complained about not being able to purchase the DDP after booking online from other than disney.

The DDP is a way of getting people to book through disney or travel agents. I really don't think you can get the ddp after booking your room through expedia.

I would definately keep trying through disney to see if a date comes open.
