Add day to ticket?

Can one add a day to say a 3-day park to park Universal ticket? If it's possible, when would I have to do it? Before the end of the 3rd day? Or could I decide on the 4th morning to go and just pay the difference that morning?

You need to do it before the ticket expires on the 3rd day.

Or do it at the outer guest service window before the park closes on that last 3 rd day you are there

similar... a credit card has one day park to park vouchers as a reward--may or may not be the best use of points however on this card it is a good use-- can I trade this in for a ticket then add days? Before or after I use the ticket?

Yes, you can add days to loyalty tickets as long as the ticket does not say COMP on it. Sounds to me like you will just be given a normal ticket when you redeem your voucher. Always use the ticket first and then add days.
