Add a Special Occasion to Reservation

With the MDE, the reservation system has changed a bit since I used it last in 2012. Back then, I was able to add that we would be celebrating a birthday or anniversary to our reservation online. I can't seem to figure out how to do that now. Is it even possible? Is this something I will have to call in and have added offline?

I had to email about adding a Glass slipper for a sweet 16 breakfast at CRT. I found the link on the page about the special ad on where it tells about CRT. The CM then emailed me back with all my options.

I have to email her when ready to book and have a booked reservation # for the dining and restaurant already booked.

I did that last week, but have not added the special items yet. Plan to do this some time this summer. We do not go till Nov 1st.

I always just called. It's fastest usually. Speak to a dining reservation CM, they can make a note in your ressie of the celebration and direct you to the correct bakery to order specialty treats if you want them delivered to a meal!

You have to call the dining reservation number to add a note about a celebration to your reservations. There isn't a place online to do it currently.

I made most of my ADRs online. There were a couple I had trouble with so I called and made those. She was able to add our celebration to the other ADRs I had already made.
