Adam and Katies 10/2/2010 SBP/Attic/?? ~ brainstorming!

(well we need atleast one more person so they can recreate DP pics! :lmao: )

AHHEEMMMMM!!!
:lmao:

I think since we arent having the traditional wedding reception i'm going to do alot of extras on the honeymoon. I was reading about doing a sweetheart dinner, and i know DF was interested in the segway tours and I DEFINATLY want to do the dolphins in depth. And since we aren't going to be able to dance i want to take him to ADH for dancing one night! What do you girls think? What are you all doing special on your disneymoons??

We are definitely doing the Segway tour. Eric vetoed it during our last trip but then we got to ride them at Innoventions and he loved it!! We are debating doing the DDP so we might plan a few special dinners (def Jiko!!, we loved it last time)

Is that AHHEMMM because you want me to hire Jazzy to take our Non-DP pics at illuminations? I think you just want to come as her assistant! hahaha

Hmm, I haven't given it much thought yet! Your ideas sound fantastic though! :lovestruc I need to look into it. I wish I knew what all they had to offer, that would probably help out loads! Lol. If I find anything cool though, I will be sure to pass it on!

Oh! Well, there is one thing I'm doing. I thought about calling and having an arrangement thing set up for us in our room from Disney Floral. We've got to buy our bride and groom ears, but we figured we'd wait to get them when we arrive at WDW so they don't get squished during travel. Sooo, my thought was to order this. I know it's found under "engagement", but hey! It's perfect!

:cool2::cool2::cool2::cool2:

good for you!! I think you're planning sounds awesome. And Coral Reef lunch is delicious!!! And now you will have that money for some couple extra fun. And ps we did the seas aqua tour and it was awesome!! We just became scuba certified and we want to do the full scuba tour during our wedding trip

I LOVE THAT!!!! I told DF about their website because he should do something sweet for us on the honeymoon:rolleyes1 The poor dear is so clueless when it comes to making reservations and things like that.
I have a list somewhere of all the tours and stuff that disney does. There are SOOOO Many! I'm going to go look for it and send you the link. If you have a disney visa you also get a discount on all tours! :thumbsup2

Thanks Sam! :goodvibes CR is one of my most favorite places to eat. DF loved it there alst time too! Even though i embarressed the crap out of him with the diver and the lovely sign. :rotfl2: It definatly has sentimental value to us, not to mention the place is gorgeouse! :cloud9:

I'm glad you liked the seas aqua tour! :thumbsup2 I can't wait to do Dolphins in depth. I know you don't really get to "swim" with them since you're only like waist deep or something like that but the idea of touching a dolphin is getting me pumped! :yay:

We've been to disney twice and both times we've gone in the fall and love how low the crowds are. We've always been able to do everything more than once (i mean like 4 times) and that only when we've gone for like 5 days. So being there for a full week i think we can get tours in and take it at a slower pace. :cloud9:

I need your advice ladies...

I'm revisiting the subject of my bouquet. I know, I know, I'm extremely indecisive. I still LOVE the bouquet that I posted before

I love the clean look of it and Calla lilies and roses are two of my favorite flowers. :lovestruc While i was searching for other wedding things i kept seeing outdoor wedding with gerber daisies... I think they're so beautiful and simple and romantic. I just think they look amazing at outdoor weddings. So i started looking at gerber daisy bouquets...

I love how adorable this looks. But then, while talking to Mandy ;) , She pointed out that my gown is very formal. So then i started looking into gerber daisy and rose bouquets...

Then i became torn between gerber daisy and rose bouquet or a calla lily and rose bouquet. :headache: At this point my head was going to explode so i decided to look for bouquets with all three flowers in it

After making this face MANY times
I decided to post my confusion and ask you girls for help. Which bouquets do you like better? Keep in mind it'll be pink/fuschia. What do you girls like? What do you think will look good with our location and my dress? I'm happy with any of these i just need you girls to help me make the decision :cutie:

Oh I love the last one you posted. But I know you want a mix of white and fushia...and I don't know how that one would be mixed. I like that its different flowers in the same shade.

OH and you know I love the one with fun wrapping on the stems!

:rotfl2: I remember you telling me you liked the fun wrapped one! I do too!

I like the last one alot too... i dont know how it would look in fuschia though. I'm thinking maybe do fuschia roses and gerber daisies and white calla lilies or something like that... have atleast one of the flowers in white to break up all that pink!

I dont know.. i wish someone would just say "this is the one you're going to want" So i didn't have to think about all these things anymore! I think that since this is the only time i'll have a wedding i second guess everything because i'm so worried i'll look back and think "CRAP! I should've done this!"

UGH..... :headache:

I'm still in love with the first bouquet. It's simple and classic. The others just see too busy to me...but that is just me...but I really like that first one...

i love love love gerber daisies
:lovestruc

i like your idea of fuschia roses and gerber daisies with white callia lilies since i know your a huge fan of those

how about combining this bouquet...
weddings-calla-roses-candy-bridal-b.jpg

......with this bouquet?

i think it would be really beautiful!

Thats what i was thinking... I just can't find any pictures of what it might look like. hmmm.... I think i might stop at jo-anns fabrics and go into their silk flower aisle and make a mock up :rolleyes1

I really do love the first bouquet and so does DF So if all else fails i think we'll be sticking with that one. :thumbsup2 I just love bouquets and there are so many beautiful ones i've seen previouse disney brides have that i get really confused on what i should do. Thank goodness i have all of you to help me!

:cool1::cool1:YAY! I'm so decided you've decided to stick with your dress- it's just gorgeous!:cool1::cool1: As for the flowers I'm still liking the first one the most- I love gerber daisies too but agree with Mandy that they're a bit too casual with your dress- maybe you could use them as centerpieces:confused3 When I was just looking at the pics though when I saw the first bouquet I thought it would look stunning if you traded the ivory roses with ivory roses with pink on the tips (I think they're called fire and ice roses)... just another idea to confuse you more:lmao:

OMG Adelia! I love you and hate you right now! :lmao:

Thats an awesome idea but now another thing i have to consider! I actually was going to have white roses because nothing in my color scheme is ivory... do you know if they have white roses with pink tips? :goodvibes That would look sooo pretty! I'm going to go do some research! :surfweb:

Oh and I meant to ask you... you're just going to a resort resturaunte for a meal after your ceremony right? I think i remember you talking about centerpieces... can you have centerpieces at a regular resturaunte? I was thinking about getting something pink to put on the table at Coral Reef if that was possible.

I will try and find a pic of ivory roses with pink tips... I definately know they exist... two toned roses are my favorite... I've seen white with red tips (I think those are technically called fire and ice), then the white with pink tips, and yellow with orangey pink tips.:love:

I have not heard a definate about centerpieces in regular restaurants from DFTW but from what I have gathered from bits and pieces I've read online is that it should be able to be done IF you go through Disney florist for it.

I can't believe i never thought of using two toned roses. You're brilliant! :rotfl:

I think i'll be asking my wedding planner that question next time i decide to bother her! I'd love to have small pink centerpieces on the table for our lunch. Especially since our colors are navy and pink and coral reef is BLUE!! :lovestruc I think it would make me feel like it was a real reception if i could pick out centerpieces :goodvibes
