Actual pricing buying from Disney

I'm trying to find how much per point is Disney actually charging (For the resorts they have avaliability), and if there is any minimum points you need to purchase.

Since I live in Spain I can't buy by phone, just when I'm on vacation there. If I decide to purchase how much is the deposit do I have to pay at the time of my purchase? Or do I have to pay in full? In case just a deposit is needed, when have I to pay the rest? Thanks a lot!

I have just found the actual prices, but it seems the offer is ending tomorrow. Then they'll increase the prices or just ending the incentives? And Saratoga Springs? Can't find how much per point they are charging there.
