Well, I'm a vegetarian (who eats a little fish) and O'hana's was one of my favorite restaurants!! (Hoop Dee Doo Revue was the other)
Everything at O'hana's was delicious and the service was impeccable. The only thing that turned us off was the unpeeled, non-deveined shrimp.
I will be reviewing our O'hana dinner in my TR. I haven't quite gotten that far yet.
We will do HDDR and dinner at O'hana's on every Disney visit from now on.
Here's more food pics from there (I'll be including these in my TR as well)
This was the special meal they brought out for me. It was poached mahi over noodles with miso sauce, veggies and tofu. It was absolutely delicious and waaaaaaaaaay too much for me to even eat HALF of it!!!
These are the veggie spring rolls and dips they started me off with - also delicious!
These were the potatoes - the chef's were telling me how they were made. I forget all the ingredients, but I do remember hearing heavy cream and a ton of cheese. They were to die for!!!
This was the shrimp
The tossed salad with dressing was awesome too!! I was so impressed by the dressing that they brought me a print out of the recipe from the kitchen so I can make it at home! It was a honey-lime dressing. Even the DF loved it and he normally wouldn't go for something like that. Behind the salad is the basket of fried noodles with 3 different dips (all awesome!)
Here's the chicken (BBQ I guess)
These are the veggies
Then they kept coming to DF with skewers of meats. I don't remember what they all were, but they came by several times and he had to stop them because he couldn't eat anymore.
Then they do these coconut races around the dining area with the kids and it's hysterical to see kids pushing coconuts around with brooms!
