LOL, I think Apple should stop calling it a Stand goal and make it an Arm Movement goal! If you don't move the arm that has the watch on it, you don't get credit for any movement at all, and OTOH if you wave that arm around for a minute, you get credit!

I personally know someone that will do that, if while checking time before going to sleep, realizes only a few steps away from a goal.
