Sept we will be doing a 7 day eastern cruise, there are 9 people in our party, ages 2 - 58. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what we could do for 10 hours before we fly home.

I think we will be pretty tired. Does anyone know of a hotel that rents day rooms? I thought that would be a good idea. Thanks in advance.

The Hyatt in the airport (very nice)brents day rooms for $75 from 10 to 6. You could swim, relax, watch TV, nap etc.

Both times I've come off a cruise I've been completely exhausted. Even if you rest on the cruise, the night before arrival back into port is a killer. Getting the luggage packed and ready by 11pm and early wake up. I don't know how people get off the ship and head to a theme park or KSC etc. I'd go with the hotel. You can also check your baggage in and be done with lugging it around.

Thanks, for the info. Can you rent the day room ahead of time?

Not kidding, I thought cruises were supposed to be relaxing. After our cruisewe have at least 7-8 hours to kill before we need to be @ the airport, we're planning on either: touring Cocoa Beach area; Ponce DeLeon Lighthouse area or going back to the MK. Since it's our 1st cruise am I thinking too ambitiously?
