Activating Military Salute tickets question

Mom (she is a veteran's widow) and I have Military Salute Tickets. The last time we went together, we were able to activate them at Disney Springs Guest Services. It doesn't say that on the 2016 Vouchers. Can we still activate at Disney Springs Guest Services or Has that chance since 2012? Planning to avoid the parks on Arrival day to enjoy Disney Springs.

We haven't had problems activating them in Disney springs.

You definitely can, we activated ours there in December. The list on the exchange certificate is not correct -- it can be any guest relations or I think even any ticket window.

This is correct. Any Guest Relations or any ticket window can convert and activate Salute exchange certificates. This includes the GR at Disney Springs.

We have used 3 of them in Feb 2016. We purchased them in Dec 2015. We got them from Shades of Green. We were not sold vouchers. We were sold live tickets and used them on our first morning without having to go through the old activation process. I think we paid about 198 per ticket (each ticket had park hopper) and was good for 4 days.

If you purchase them from Shades of Green (onsite or through the mail) they are now selling active tickets. If purchased from your local ITT office you are given vouchers that need to be activated before entering a park.
