Activating AP from Epcot Int'l Gateway?

Are you able to activate an AP from the International Gateway entrance to Epcot?

We are planning on visiting Epcot the first evening of our trip and are staying at BCV so we would be arriving via the IG. Can I activate my AP from there? Or at the resort?

Yes - I've activated mine there.

You can't buy or activate them at a resort.

Not only can you activate them, I renewed mine at the IG in January.
