Activate annual before resort check-in?

Hi, I booked a room with an annual pass discount at Port Orleans/Riverside. I have a will call number for a gold annual pass.......can I check in with that number or do I need to go to a park to activate first?

They will most likely allow you to checkin with the will call number. At worst they will ask you to stop back at the desk with the actual AP once you've got it.

Don't worry about it. They'll tell you when they need to see the AP by. They know that people upgrade or order online.

I've stayed numerous times with a reservation booked under an AP discount. I don't recall them ever asking to see my AP. However, I always make sure that I have my paperwork with me to prove that my AP has been purchased/renewed.

Another who has never had to show her AP to check in to the resort with an AP discount. Heck, most of our stays get straight to the room texts. If it is a short enough trip we never even go to the front desk.

If you've linked your AP to MDE, they know you really do have one so no worries. The first time I checked in with mine, before it had been activated they didn't even ask for it and they never have yet.
