Ok, well I took it apart, and it's cutting now not tearing. But it's not cutting straight, there is one spot that kinda goes crooked and then goes straight again.

I'd say don't get the CM big one if you use a lot of Bazzill (and as a swapper you do, I bet ) as the stuff just EATS the blades - I got the MM one because of being self-sharpening as I was sick of forking out £8 a time for replacement blades.
I had to take my blade off and reassemble when I got it and its been fine since.
I got an email from a Making Memories costumer service rep. saying that they are waiting on a trimmer shipment. She thought mid-April they would get them. So it may take a little longer, I'm just happy that it sounds like they are going to replace it! And that they took the time to email me.
I got an email saying that they didn't have replacement blades, but giving me the instructions I had gotten over the phone on how to realign the blade. It seems to be working better.
