ACK! $ Airfare is KILLING me! $

I can't believe this! Water, water, everywhere and not a drop to drink it seems. All these "sales" and never on my dates! I need to vent about something, just a couple of days ago I went to AirTran's site to scope out tickets for my rapidly approaching June trip - and there they were! BWI-MCO $79 pp/ow - I got so excited! Some kind of special too... bonus A+ points for flying from Baltimore... and if you use your AMEX... more bonus A+ points! Call hubby... I need your AMEX number for the tickets... wait for a call back. AND IN ABOUT 4 HOURS THEY WENT BACK UP! I missed it! The golden oppurtunity! Now they're talking about some "sale" on flights except for Sunday and Friday, oh yeah, and the days I want to fly!

I could just scream - AAAGGGHHHHHHHHHH! I don't feel like I'm really going unless I have airfare.

I think you better pounce soon. You are really cutting it close and to be honest that sale you saw may have been one of your last. For vacation travel I rarely find the best rates less then 30 days out....

Keep a note with the Am. Ex. number at home, this way when you see something, you can just book it. Don't forget the exp. date too.

How do you feel about flying out of Dulles? Independence Air has very good rates. Farther drive for you though.

Yeah, I've been checking Dulles out - and BWI, Raegan, even Atlantic City!

I may have to settle for $129 pp/each way
