The insurance wench is calling ME uncooperative.

I have tried REPEATEDLY to call her over the past two days and gotten only her voice mail. I have tried at different times each day. I have left messages each time. And she tells me that I am uncooperative and that I am required in my policy to cooperate and that I must just have to take TIME OFF FROM WORK to talk to her.
