I do not believe so. We ask other people to take a pic of us. You can always find someone.

It was almost time for all people that didn’t buy tickets for MVMCP to leave. We decided to head over to first aid to take care of Bill. The nurse suggested we wait because they were doing something special with the castle for the first time.

I so am glad we got to see that, it was gorgeous. We never did get to see Wishes this trip (except for at O’hana) because we were always at the first aid station when it was going on. It sounds like you are being bombed when the fireworks are going off. It is a very weird sound.

We came out and pushed our way through the crowds to get to the Galaxy Theater in Tomorrowland. We wanted to see “Twas the Night before Christmas”. We were in the back right and Bill was going to move his wheelchair up to the end of the row to sit beside me. A CM dressed as an elf said Bill couldn’t be there because of the pyrotechnics in the show. Ok, now this sounded very odd to us for a couple of reasons:

1) the theater had a cloth like covered ceiling, not very smart if pyrotechnics were going off .

2) the row in front of us had seating right in front of Bill so why would the person sitting here be safe and Bill wouldn’t be ?

This made NO SENSE whatsoever, but we did what he told us to do. We really enjoyed the show and never saw any pyrotechnics .

We got out of there and then went to a store to get our MVMCP limited edition pin, we also picked up one for Donna Lynn to try to thank her for her lovely gifts . We decided to go see the show at the castle. It was pretty crowded so we went to get some hot chocolate and cookies at Tomorrowland Noodle Station:

We found a fantastic place to sit and could see the show going on at the castle, it was also a good fireworks spot. Holiday Wishes is A M A Z I N G!!! We loved it. Bill said the price of the tickets was worth it just to get to see the fireworks, I agreed.

We decided to make our way down by the castle to watch the parade and found the wheelchair section. Lisa and Virginia from Susan Lucci’s chat breakfast were there!! Her mom has a scooter. It was great to see them again. While waiting for the parade to begin I took another castle picture:

The parade was wonderful. My Grumpy came right up to Bill.

The parade was over , we were both so sad, and decided it was time to go. Bill looked like this:

We made our way toward the exit and watched the “snow” fall. I was overwhelmed with how beautiful they had made things for Christmas, I was crying a little . I turned around to stare at the castle one last time. We always pick up fudge to take home with us and then went out to get on a Pop bus. Neither one of us wanted to go home the next day.

Next installment…We sadly leave our magical place, but we get to see our furbaby!!

Hi Michelle, thank goodness we had Ace to look forward to. It seems worse every time when we leave WDW, we truly love it there.

The castle was fantastic, I hope and pray they do that again this year.

Twas the night before Christmas was a really cute show, I don't know if we would go see it again if it was the same or try new things, but we did like it very much.

Bill looked that sad most of that evening. I don't want our report to end either , but it should be done later this week.

I'm so sad about you leaving... but what an amazing party! I would love to go to MVMCP sometime!

Hi Amy, I am sad about it too, we loved MVMCP, it is a must do for us now!! I hope you go to it some time, Holiday Wishes was wonderful.

The castle is absolutely gorgeous. And the pic of Bill all sad is way too cute. I'll have to remember to take one like that on our next trip.

And by the way, we were in MK before the park opened when we went in January and there were photopass photographers out that early. We got those empty castle pics and it's amazing to be on Main Street with no one else around.

Can't wait to hear about reuniting with Ace on the return. I too miss my dogs so much when we're on vacation (can't call mine furbabies since they are hairless ).

Hi Faith!! It would have been great if you were with us, but Bill would have gotten aggravated with all the picture taking . We loved the castle, I couldn't stop looking at it. Bill has the cutest sad face.

I would love to get an "empty MK" castle pic with Bill and I. Well, with your hairless babies you don't have to worry about the ton of hair Ace sheds a week no matter what we do, he is just a shedding machine.
