According to MY scale

Hello fellow wishers!

I don't post my weight every week because I only get weighed once a month at Curves.

The other day my husband told me how good I looked.
I thought he was kidding....then he said, "You have lost weight".

I thought Hooray!!! Finally!

I had lost 3 1/2 inches last month, but no weight loss.

I got on our scale here and it says I have lost 4 lbs.
Now, I am not saying that is a definate 4 lbs, but I will let you know about it later next week.
I will get weighed again around the 28th.
Hopefully it will be an "official" weight loss.

All I know is that my clothes fit a little better, and I feel much better.

Even if the other scales don't show an actual loss the fact that you are looking and feeling better is wonderful!

I kind of feel like a princess myself.
This is exactly what I needed....to feel better about myself.
