Don't do it.

Every time I come to WDW, I need to get off-site at some time or another. I ride a powerchair so I need an adapted taxi. (I know there are alternatives - but Mears doesn't go to Publix). I call for an adapted cab and the despatcher says 'we'll have one with you in 20 minutes' They don't - so I phone again. And again, An hour & half one turns up finally. Trouble is, there are only three or four adapted taxis in Orlando. In the middle of the day, some of these may be off the road with the driver resting. The despatcher always says 'but we've got two more on order'. I put this to a driver when an adapted taxi did turn up. 'Yes' he said. 'they are buying more, but only to replace the ones they have now - which have high mileage'.

If you are not staying at a WDW hotel (or at Swan or Dolphin) you cannot use Magic Express. Your safest option is to book a Mears transfer because they have adapted vans. If you have to catch an aircraft you cannot rely on finding an adapted taxi.

If you PM me, I can give you a list of adapted taxi drivers mobile phones.
