Accessbility of Conch Trolley

[Camping Disney]

I do understand that the Conch Trolley does not have to be booked as part of the Shore excursions. I also understand that you can get on and exit as you please, simply wait for the next one. What I would like to know, is it handicap accessible. Is there a loading ramp for wheelchairs??

Anyone with this experience, please let me know!
