Access card/rides?

Only 6 more days, and I'm busting at the seams with excitement...and questions.

Regarding the Access card (we've always used them back in the states, but my understanding is they're a tad different at DLP)...

*I've already acquired the letter from DS's doctor, outlining his condition and needs. Is that all we should need (he doesn't have any other type of card or pass)?
*Which type of pass will he receive (DS has Aspergers, AD/HD and Anxiety)...and will/should it cover our whole party (DS, DH and myself)?
*Lastly...any restrictions on the card? Such as, are there rides that you can't use it for (we always try to take advantage of short queues and fastpass when available first)...or is there anything he could use it for in addition to rides?

Yes, the letter is all you will need.

What kind of card he'll get will probably depend on the CM. I don't have too much experience, hopefully someone else can chime in there. The pass will cover your whole party though. Mine has 4 people although I am an adult. The parents and the kid won't be a problem.

I've seen it happen during Halloween that sometimes especially larger groups were asked to come back at a certain time when the ride was quite busy. I'm not sure how regular this is, and as I was solo I was always waved through.

I don't think there's any rides where you can't use the card on. You will get a nice booklet detailing everything. Unfortunately I have misplaced mine at the moment.
