Accepting ressies at Le Cellier for after Mar. 1?

Since they haven't yet released the menu for the new signature dinner at Le Cellier, are they allowing dinner booking for after the changeover? Anyone been able to make dinner ressies for past Mar. 1? Thanks!

Yes, but you have to call 1-407-WDW-DINE, if you try to book online it shows no availability. I have a dinner reservation for 7PM on 4/7/11. We are not on the dining plan.

Any idea when the revised menu will be released? I'm really curious if they are going to change the offerings when they double the DDP credit price, and how much they are raising the OOP prices.

I haven't heard dates yet (but I hope it's sooner than later!). Disney did confirm the menu would change. This is what is posted on the WDW Le Cellier info page:

Effective March 1, 2011, dinner at Le Cellier Steakhouse will be elevated to a Signature dining experience, offering an exciting new menu that will change seasonally and an expanded wine list.

I'm going to just assume it will be in the same price frame as Yachtsman.
