Accepted offer on DVC and Closing Company

Hey guys,

We've just got the paperwork for our accepted offer, and it looks like our reseller is closing with First American, anyone had any experience with them? It says our closing with title search and title insurance are $513 est. When they say estimated, is it usually close to the number they estimate? I'm worried about it being like double the price or something, or them charging any extra fees. Anyone have any experience with them?

Welcome home and congrats. We have bought 2 resales and both times xlosed with them. No issues and price is consistant.
