I used to live in Hawaii so I have a accent from there. I really like it actually. It sounds alot different compared to people here but I like it. But I hate when people have fake accents. This girl in my class had lived here for 10 years and moved from England but fakes her accent. When she gets angry she doesnt have it. Everyone knows she fakes it so I have no idea why she does.

You have a Jersey accent. Trust me.

My Jersey cousins who moved to Florida was telling me how strong of an accent I have. They say "water melon" kinda funny in the south.

I also love Scottish accents. . . .

Accents I dislike:

The very heavy Northern Accent. (My sister talks like that b/c she lives up north and I cannot stand it! lol)

My accent: Southern

any particular favorites?
Bostonian, English, Scottish, Irish
any you dislike?
Hm, that's a tough one. I like a lot of accents, there aren't that many, if any, I don't like.
do you have an accent?
I don't have a New Englander's accent, sadly. I sometimes talk with a New York accent, sometimes I speak like a New Englander. When talking about the home of the Red Sox, I say "Bahston" instead of "Bawston," I've even said "Cah" instead of "car" sometimes.

okay when we went to boston, i could not understand anything cuz they're like when your visiting bawston. i was ilke wqhat's that?

and doesn't everyone have an accent compared to everyone else?

i mean i live in the north so the south has an accent to us, but to them their talk sounds just fine, but to them, it sounds like the east and we speak differently.

so pretty much everyone has an accent to everyone else.

IMO.

I love British and French, I'm not a huge fan of deep southern, but some is ok. I have no accent, but some words come out with a slightly southern hint.
