What is your absolute FAVORITE resort and why?

Ours right now is OKW. The rooms are HUGE (we always get a 2-BR) and we love the golf course views. We also like that you can park outside your room which is very convenient.

Beach Club Resort for it's centralized location, great pool and lots of dining choices due to being near YC, BW and Swan & Dolphin.

For me, the ultimate resort is the Polynesian. I stayed LVC at the Poly last July and fell in love. The atmosphere is incredible! Perfectly themed, quanit and beautiful. The cast there is top notch...I read that the cast at the Poly consists of the most seniority of any resort on property. They are the best I have encountered. Management is also quite good at the Poly.
Not to mention the great volcano pool and O'hana!
Jungle Josh

My family and i have only stayed at disney once, at the CBR to be precise, if we were to go again, and money was not an object, then it would be the Poly for us

My favorite is AKL. The views, the food, the animals--- it's great. We will be staying at BWI in Aug.. so in Sept. my favorite may change. :confused3

My family loves the GF. I have young children so the MK is our favorite park. My kids were memorized by the monorail, and love to watch it go by outside the room. We love to look out our balconey to the castle lit up at night, or the ease of jumping on the monorail, or seeing the fireworks and electrical water parade at night, the great restaurants and wonderful service. It was the first resort we stayed at, and remains our favorite.

i love the WL
the atmposhere, the music, the places to eat, the boat to the MK
i find it so relaxing
I think the lobby is amazing and it has the best "themeing" at WDW
i love that you can rent the water mice here, bikes, see the EWP

My families favorite too!

For all of the above reasons plus the points are less than other resorts, it's quaint and friendly, near DTD.

The Boardwalk IS awesome. That is my second choice right now but it's very close to OKW. I love the quick walk to Epcot and the nightlife of the Atlantic City Style area.

The GF looks wonderful. But i have not had the chance to stay there yet. Hopefully, one day I will. :flower:

It's actually a tie right now between AKL & BWI. They both have great restaurants in it or nearby. The service from both these two resorts have been impeccable IMO. I love the theming of AKL, but BWI's location can't be beat.

Beach Club Villas for me! You can't beat Stormalong Bay, Beaches and Cream and the short walk to EPCOT. The proximity to the Boardwalk and MGM are also a factor! I am so glad BCVs are my "home".

Beach Club Villas are number one. The best location and Stormalong Bay. Also love to hear the music from Epcot. Enjoy the walks into Epcot especially at night. Ice cream at Beaches and Creme, clam bake and buffet at Cape May, and all of the wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The firework cruises..... I could go on and on....

Boardwalk Villas and Inn a very close second....... love it there almost as much :earboy2: :earboy2: :earboy2:

I love the Polynesian. It's our home away from home. Many, many memories there that will never be forgotten.

Our heart belongs at Magic Kingdom and for the location, atmosphere, volcano pool, convenience, concierge amenities, gotta' say that the Poly. is the best!

I would have to say the Polynesian!! I love this resort. The convenience is great - can't beat the monorail. The cast members are so polite......I just love to hear "Aloha" every time you pass a CM. Ohana and Kona Cafe are awesome! My kids love the pools. I love to walk the paths at night when they are lit up by the torches (accompanied by the music, of course). The room size is perfect for my family.

On my last trip I was unable to watch wishes from the beach, but in December I am really looking forward to it.

From my one and only experience at the Poly......there is nothing that I didn't like!!! I can't wait for my next visit in December!!!
