Thanks to the WISH family I have lost 14 pounds in the last 6 weeks- now I have 16 more to go to get to my goal weight.
Here is my question-
My biggest problem area is my stomach. Having babies did a number on my tummy. As I get closer to my goal weight (around 128) I think I should start trying to tone those muscles. I am wondering if any ab program would work for me or if I am just stretched out beyond repair. There definately seems to be some stretched out skin there.
Please advise.

Have you tried Pilates? It is a great program for working your abs and reducing your tummy. It took 6 inches off of mine b4 i switched over to the FIRM. There are loots of different programs, but they all pretty much do the same positions, each with their own touch. If you do try Pilates, don't be surprised when you don't feel any muscle aches or soreness the next day. Pilates is very effective, yet very gentle with the body.

I am currently doing the Pilates Crunch DVD. It is broken into 4- 10 minute segments (abs/butt/thighes/whole body). I do a segment each morning, with kids 10 minutes is perfect. I can definitely notice a change.
