About what time does F&W get packed on the weekend?

In your best guess/experience. We were able to be there in the past during the week so we didn't even bother with weekend times. But next week we are limited and will have to hit weekend days. I know it's going to be crowded period but we gotta do what we gotta do. What I'm looking at is starting off in Epcot and moving to another park later in the day when it reaches to can't move freely point. So I'm wondering what time to aim to make our FP for the other park? After 2:00? 3:00? Or is it just simply packed from 10:30/11:00 on and we'll be SOL?

Depending on what you consider crowded the answer will vary. Based on what I consider crowded Friday after 5 or 6 depending on the locals schedules it will get crowded and Saturdays after 2 or 3 it will get crowded.

I agree. It stays pretty good until around 3pm.

I was there today and left around 3 and the food booth lines were still pretty short. I think til about 5 on Friday is right.

thanks for the input. I was looking for this information as well, for 2 weeks from now! I have set up FP+ for after 3pm at HS, so I guess that should work well for Friday!

Fridays it's about 5ish when crowds start to pick up as people get off work and head over.

I will be honest though, I thought the one Saturday I went was crowded from the start. The first hour or so was okay, but lines just continued to build.

My experience is that crowds build quickly at the F&W kiosks on a Saturday in the first hour and stay long all day. But otherwise Epcot does not feel too crowded in WS and the regular quick service locations seem to have just average lines.

Weeknights I walk up and there is no line at the register. As far as the weekend goes, about when world showcase fully opens and you can get food is when the crowd starts to build...

Weekends are a little weird though.. I've only been once this year and I found don't want to bother with lines seem to be north and south the first half of the day but closer to dinner switches to future world stuff not really crowed and east and west becomes crowded with the longest lines I've seen but this was also opening saturday I was there. I've been doing weeknights since and loving it.
