I have 2 day 2 park tickets to Universal & IOA...we are also bringing 4 kids ages (4 months to 11 yrs). Yes, we are crazy, and traveling 18 hours to get there!! The more I have been reading on these boards, the more it sounds as though these parks aren't for little ones. Wondering how that works about visiting both parks in ONE day (they will only be open from 9-5 though)....Do you have to drive your car to the other park, or can you walk through this "city walk" I hear about? Confused?

There is a 5min walk between the two studios, so you don't have to drive.
And as far as I could see; plenty of areas for small ones, u should all enjoy in these two great parks!! Don't miss: Spider Man, Hulk Coaster in IOA and Twister in USF.

Violet, you will definitely need one day at each park! I have heard peolpe say they do both parks in one day and I honestly don't see how! (maybe when they were open earlier and stayed open until 9) Everything isn't open at the same time so you have to do alot of retracing your steps or miss things. This is probably all due to the cutbacks. We had 3 kids, ages 3, 10, and 13 and we did 2 days and saved the last day of our vacation to go to both parks and redo favorites or things we missed. Their parents rode the roller coasters and we(grandparents) took the other kids on rides they could do. The 2 older rode dualing dragons.
