? about using stroller as wheelchair...

I am planning on getting a GAC so that my dd can use her stroller as a wheelchair if she needs to. My ? is, can a double stroller (tandem style) be used as a wheelchair or does she need to have a single stroller. We have a double stroller because we have DD who is 3, but we also have an infant son. Thanks again!

People have posted that they were able to use a double stroller as a wheelchair. There may be some lines where a tandom one would be a tight fit.
