?? About Universal Tickets from MyPoints

Has anyone cashed in MyPoints for a Universal Amusement Ticket and used one? I was thinking of saving for two to use for one-day passes to Universal Islands of Adventure. (We were NOT impressed with Universal Studios several years ago, but would be amenable to trying IOE with "free" passes).

Any good or bad experiences to report?

They're not the same company. They are for amusement centers in places like malls and such.

IOA is great, though, especially if you have older kids/teens who like the thrill rides.

I have used Mypoints Universal tickets before for Seaworld. I redeemed two of them (6000 points each) for two adults and bought two kids passes at the gate. No problem using them. Seworld was running a "bounceback" special so we received two day passes for the whole family for the price of two kids passes. They worked well for us.

Baileymouse, I know the ticket company is not the same as Universal Studios. According to their site, you can exchange their tickets for Universal Studios and IOA one-day passes at 6,000 points each. I just wondered if anyone had tried it yet. Glad you like IOA--we are two childless adults who don't do coasters, so a "free" opportunity to check out IOA fits the bill.
