I was just checking out TouringPlans.com for our June/July trip. Historically, I always thought that MK was most crowded on Sat in general and this site says that MK and EP are the best for 7/1. It also tells me to avoid MK on Thurs. 6/29 and there are EMH at MK. :confused3

Should I go by the website or should I consider what I've been told about weekends??? Anyone really follow this site and can comment on the accuracy? Thanks!!!

I found their numbers to be pretty accurate this past trip and on each previous trip. We subscribed to TourGuide Mike to find the best park to go to each day of our trip. We used his advice for our Christmas trip and found very small lines at each attraction if we followed his advice for the park of the day. For me it was worth the investment to join his web site for the information. Made our trip so much nicer. I would highly recommend the site. Even my DH was skeptical about the information he gave, but had to admit by the end of the trip it was money well spent. He was amazed that TGM knew each day the best park to go to.

How much does TGM cost? What is the shortest length of time you can subscribe to?

I'm also curious about TGM. Does he give you every detail of a day? Like get to MK at opening, first Dumbo, next Pooh, next teacups.....or is it more general? I'm looking to join but with a 2 1/2 year old planning every detail is not realistic.

I was shocked to see the MK recommended for Saturday. I know the standard advice was to always avoid MK on Saturday. I would like to test that out but I have to admit I am too afraid to do it with two little kids under 4. The old "never go to MK on Saturday" advice is just stuck in my head and it make me uncomfortable to even think about changing it! :teeth:

$18.95 if you use the link found here:

I'm not sure what you mean by "the shortest length of time you can subscribe to". You can sign up today for a trip tomorrow (NOT recommended :teeth: ) or for a trip a few years from now. Your subscription ends 60 days after your trip.

You can use his sample tours word for word, ride for ride, or you can customize your own plan.

You're right about trying to plan every detail with a little one. Mine are 3, 5 and 6. What we loved about TGM's information was that we could make spontaneous changes to our plans and not mess up the rest of our day. I'm not saying that you can ride Dumbo at 12 PM and not encounter a long line, but you'll have the info to know what does and doesn't work at different times of the day.
